From your initial contact to receiving your vehicle, your order will be assigned to an individual sales advisor. They will be able to update you with the progress of your order and delivery to ensure a smooth transition of the vehicle to you.

 

We require full payment prior to delivery. Although, if you wish to collect your vehicle we will accept payment at the same time. What we will never do is ask for payment before your van is ready for delivery/collection.

We can provide flexible, low rate finance and leasing packages, enabling you to purchase your new vehicle with easy, low cost monthly payments. Our sales advisors will inform you of the different plans available and taking into account your personal preferences and circumstances, will advise you which best fit your requirements.

We would be happy to take your current vehicle in part-exchange for your new vehicle. Your part exchange can be used as a full deposit, with existing finance settled and cash back available if applicable.

Once you have decided to purchase a vehicle from us, we require a small securing deposit. We will then send you a Vehicle Order Form. This must be signed and returned to us, and we can then process your order.

The specific details of your order will determine the delivery time. We will complete a pre-delivery inspection of the vehicle and any accessories you have ordered will be fitted. When your vehicle becomes available for delivery, we will provide you with registration details, chassis number and a final invoice. If we are organizing road fund license for your vehicle you will need to send us your insurance cover note. Once you have arranged payment to us, we will arrange the earliest delivery date for you to receive your new vehicle. We endeavour to have a vehicle ready for delivery within 7-10 days of an order being placed, however it may be possible to collect a vehicle the same day

New Vehicles:
When your new vehicle is ready, we will arrange for it to be delivered to you at a convenient time and location. We can deliver to your home or work anywhere in the UK. When your vehicle arrives, please take time to thoroughly check the vehicle and ensure everything is as it should be.

What happens after I take delivery?
All of our new vehicles come with a manufacturers warranty and your local franchised dealer will be happy to help you should you have any problems. They will also service your vehicle in line with manufacturers recommendations.

Used Vehicles:
Used vehicles purchased from us are all covered with an Auto Protect 12 Month warranty which can be used at any VAT registered garage in the UK.

Before taking delivery of your vehicle you will need to supply us with the following:-

• A signed vehicle order form
  (once you have placed your order over the telephone this will be posted to you)
• Your insurance cover note
• Your outstanding payment
  (This can be made by credit card, debit card, bankers draft, telegraphic transfer or cheque)
